Hot off the news wire: Nobu Waikiki is now open for lunch.
After spending the last two weeks testing and refining, the management of Nobu Waikiki -- the 18th Nobu Matsuhisa-inspired eatery worldwide -- has launched weekday lunch service at its Waikiki Parc location.
According to a representative from the restaurant, Nobu is drawing heavily from the "heart of the Hawaiian culture" by spotlighting indigenous, local ingredients, including those unique offerings from the ocean surrounding Hawaii.
The new menu, created just for Nobu Waikiki, features combination lunches like bento boxes, noodle and donburi selections, a separate omakase menu, and of course, several of Nobu's signature hot and cold dishes, as well as desserts.
Nobu is currently open for lunch Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and dinner nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Bar Lounge is open from 5:00 p.m. to midnight.
